Artist description
From the lowcountry of South Carolina comes a group that is blazing new trails in the world of bluegrass music. In January of 1998, members of the Daly Planet earth/jam band began opening their shows with some acoustic bluegrass. The crowd response was tremendous and by that summer LCB Bluegrass was born. It's no wonder that they've played with such greats as String Cheese Incident, Vassar Clements, Blueground Undergrass, Del McCoury Band, Donna the Buffalo, The Recipe, David Nelson Band, Gordon Stone and even Hootie & The Blowfish. No two shows are ever the same, in fact no two weeks are all that similiar with this fast-paced band. Check out our full CD at www.knotknown.com, which features the legendary Vassar Clements on fiddle as well as 9-year-old mandolin prodigy Kieran Daly. Be sure to listen to 18-year-old Benjamin Vaught on guitar and the red hot mandloin of Jevon Daly. One of the hottest acts on the east coast today! |
