Artist description
Started as a solo effort, now a drummer and a bassist have joined the fray. Planning to complete a CD which will include other guest musicians. Keyboard based instrumental progressive rock would best describe the music. |

Press Reviews
There are only keyboards on the demo, but Andrew tells me his immediate plans are to complete enough music to fill an entire cd, within a year's time, which will feature a drummer and a bass-player. "All for Naught" is an up-tempo song which features some very cool synth sounds. "Insidious Industry" starts off more relaxed, but soon kicks into higher gear. This is the longest song on the disc, it has some very complex rhythms and it also has the most variation of the three songs. "Through the Years" was entirely done using the MemoryMoog synth. To me, this song sounds like something Emerson could've done. BOTTOM LINE: If the full cd sounds anything like this demo, Abdera might have a winner here. This is keyboard oriented prog at its very best. Keep your eyes (and ears) open for this band! Tony De Laender- Editor, Progeny Magazine |
