    Artist History
Maybe Thursday began on August 19, 1998 as an idea between three musicians to create some new and original music. Mark Horton and Paula Price have performed together for several years as "Party Syndrome" with Mark on guitar, Paula singing, and a Korg Trinity unit to sequence bass & drums. Songwriter and musician Randall Kendrick suggested a creative musical collaboration, and thus began the process of planning and recording of what would later become Maybe Thursday's debut CD. The recording process would take considerable time to complete. Kendrick wrote thought provoking words & music, and layed down instrument tracks for bass, guitar, synth, and mandolin. Horton engineered the digitally recorded project, and sequenced drum tracks. Horton also provided blazing lead guitar tracks, synth, and mandolin. Price contributed her soulful, angelic voice to sing Kendrick's lyrics. Over a year later the product of this collaboration would take form as the music you'll hear on Maybe Thursday's new release, "Chemical Smile".

"This band out of Galax, VA, USA has a female lead vocalist and have been compared to HEART and PAT BENETAR, so (they are) interesting enough for us to track them down." - STRUTTER, Dutch On-Line Rock Review Magazine's statement about Maybe Thursday.
