Artist description Expert On October has built a reputation of being one of the most inventive new bands in Las Vegas. Expert On October has attracted it's natural crowd, a dedicated following of fans and critics who appreciate the band's quiet motive--they eschew gratuitous rock motifs like never-shut-up guitars and gruff vocals. Instead, the band reaches inside, plumbing for a sound which stretches the limits of melody without losing its sweet spot. With the completion of their new album, Expert has been perfecting a live show which emphasizes elaborate production, mixing up the conventional guitar-bass-drums sound with lush strings and ornate instrumention.
