Artist History 1986 first steps in hand making music under the name "The Kwatsh", it was a kind of industrial/punk/folk/wave band, very strange, but also funy. Ten years later apeared one member of this crew as Herr Lich & his virtual Combo.1999 was the year where Herr Lich cut off one of his three ears and called it CinChiller. This is what You hear!
