Artist History Starting out as a fun outlet for a couple of old friends, Casper's Nutbag metamorphosed into an all-out party. Between 1994 and 1998, this group cranked out killer tunes and played the local Jacksonville, FL, club scene. Since then, the band split up, but singer/bassist Thomas Gapinski recorded a full album with the original Nutbag Boys (minus one). The four original members, Kier "BoBart" Whitacre, Tim "Homer" Jackson, Chris "Popsico Head" Curry, and Thomas "ViettHom" Gapinski, disbanded after a brawl during one of the band's weekly Nintendo Shootouts. Purportedly, one of the members smashed the Nintendo gun, and the Duck Hunt shootout was cancelled. Then everyone got mad. Now, Casper's Nutbag is a legend in its own mind.
