Artist History Starting as a guitarist, ToneHog eventually found the sounds and style that most befitted him. Known by other musicians as "the noisemaker," ToneHog's guitar style teetered between making a guitar sound like never before and completely destroying the instrument. After opening up a few guitar effects units, he started modifying the circuits to fit his sonic needs. From there, the migration to analog synthesizers and digital samplers was imminent.
