Artist History This fourpiece rock outfit from Minneapolis fits into no particular category. They're rock, pop, and a little acoustic for good measure. Reminiscent of early 10,000 Maniacs with its jangly rhythm guitar and ringing leads, the album pivots on the often extraordinary vocals of singer-songwriter Rebekah Lawstuen. KMSP-TV's Robyne Robinson of "The Buzz": I could insult you with the typical reviewer's trite references to catchy hooks and good pop sensibilities, but that would probably stop you from listening to one of the strongest debut cd's of 2000.
