Artist History
Personal Interest formed in the summer of '97. Two guys got together just playing around. An old school singer and a old/new school rapper, they realized that the mixing of the two very different sounds was very unique and full of flavor. In the fall of '99 they added some lovely background singers. These background singers were determined to move to the front, and that they did. In the spring of 2000 background singers Rhonda Lee and Dawn Nicole Washington became members of P.I. The four different personalities have come together to make their live shows very hot. Rhonda Lee and Dawn Nicole Washington are West Virginia natives. With their cover girl looks, they lights up the stage with pure energy and grace. William Thomas, a native of Cleveland, OH, brings power and strength to this group. He possesses a very dymanic voice. One you must hear for yourself. Niq Niles (aka Stacy Wilson), a native of Romulus, MI, just out side of Detroit. This producer/Rapper is just having fun making music. But don't be fooled by the title of producer. This guy has skills on the mic, but he prefers to make phat beats. So look out music Industry! |
