Artist History
Mushmouth was founded in 1999 by the songwriting/multi-instrumentalist duo of Cory Qualey and Scott Farrell in Minneapolis, MN. This group dared to look to some of the forgotten influences from their own musical pasts for inspiration, and ended up creating something completely fresh and original in the process. Common first reaction: "GOD, you guys sound like somebody...can't put my finger on it..." or "This stuff feels really FAMILIAR." Generally, Cory and Scott do the majority of tracking, but local session players appear frequently in their work. |
