Artist History
Frank Fungus, a graduate of Radford High School, acquired his appearance after being thrown into the school's biology pond. Prior to his political career, Frank was a freelance engineering consultant specializing in transportation systems. Frank's backup band, City Hall, has been together with its current line-up since 1997. |
