Artist description Cheshire Blue is the acoustic rock band for you. Guaranteed. Upon listening you are silenced by soft, whispy girly singing about love and loneliness [arleigh], lightly sprinkled with harmonies. You are consumed by bouncy and consistent acoustic guitar [john]. Then, you are wheeled about and transfixed by peppy trumpet [jordon]. Although this young group is not at popularity par with Jewel, they have had quite a bit of experience. They've played about every two weeks since October'99 (where they played in the "Shindig" battle at the Railway Club), and their last band (a very similar idea: Fridge art tiara) played with Pedro the Lion, released a cassette, and were often played on Ubc's CiTR radio. Cheshire Blue plans on touring a little across Canada this summer, and they hope you will be kind to them before they become big rock stars, like their heroes: Eric's Trip.
