    Artist History
Kevin Kienlein, entertainer, songwriter, musician & inspirational speaker, Kevin does it all. When not performing his solo act he can be found repairing violins, jamming, or fishing around the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. He also loves playing darts, pool or speaking at the local Toastmasters club. Kevin plays 10 instruments including guitar, fiddle, bass, tenor banjo, organ, and the "Ukavarious" - a fiddle made out of a toilet plunger. His first exposure to a live audience was his 12 years with the BC Oldtime Fiddlers. From there he performed in several local bands, eventually doing a duo and now is one of the most versatile and popular solo acts throughout the south-central part of BC. Releasing "HeartBeats" was a major step forward and Kevin has just released his current album, "Wishing a Dream", which contains 20 original fiddle tunes. His busy schedule doesn't leave too much extra time, but in addition to performing he is working towards a career in professional speaking incorporated into concert/fundraisers for congenital heart clinics and other medical facilities. Kevin is also writing his autobiography. Born in 1960 with a congenital heart defect, he hopes to motivate others to pursue their goals, aspirations and access their full potential. Kevin's ultimate goals are to obtain a Gold Record and play on the stage of the Grand Old Opry in Nashville.
