Artist description
Jay has been writing pop, rock, and ballads for about 12 years. He also has writing an occasional jingle. He's written intro's and outro's for local TV shows. He also records local artists on occasion. His works (music and lyrics) are primarily written and performed by himself, but has used local Detroit area and Canadian vocalists and musicians, to sing and jam on most of his songs. Some of the vocalists featured on his two CD's are K. Allen Williams, John Stokes, Jimmy Graham, Mark Renauld and Chris Hamp. The CD's were originally produced for demo purposes and have a wide range of song styles, mostly in the pop, rock, and/or ballad genre. The first two CD's were recorded in analog at his home in the early 90"s and the soon to be finished 3rd CD is a digital effort, which is being recorded at Sterling Studios. |
