Artist description
Formed in late 1997, by C.J. Crawford and Jamie McDoneld,
Civilized Anarchy has taken many forms and matured in it's short existence.
They have played on many different size stages in front of various sizes of
audiences. Beginning at the bottom playing in front of only 3 people, to playing the inside stage at Pigstock in Clinton, Iowa in front of roughly 400 people including staff of Victory Records while opening for Hatebreed.
Civilized Anarchy has recorded an E.P. in the summer of 2001 to get some
studio time under their belts and start to get their name out by way of free c.d.'s and mp3 files downloaded over the internet. They are slowly reaching out to the fans and the fans are responding back. When C.A. debuted 2 new songs in August of 2001, the song "Fake" peaked out at number 19 on the MP3.COM Heavy Metal chart.
Currently the band is finishing the mixing of their full length.
Also they are getting ready to perform their last show together.
Keep an eye on www.civilizedanarchy.com for all the details as they
are finalized. |
