Artist description Unyted is comprised of Timka, Ricky, Julian, and Juan, all of whom met in Tokyo Japan while working in the entertainment and fashion industries. Between the four of them English, French, Spanish and Turkish, and Japanese are fluently spoken, allowing them great variety in the use of languages for their songs. However the predominant flavor of Unyted will be geared towards a Latin/Pop/House infusion, something which has not yet been exploited in the boy band market. But which has proved extremely lucrative for the likes of Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias, and Mark Anthony. UNYTED will also incorporate the odd Japanese word of theme into their music, thus further distinguishing the group from other Anglo culture-oriented boy bands. This will also serve as a unique marketing concept for the group throughout Asia, especially in Japan. UNYTED is a singing and dancing oriented music group, with Timka and Ricky on main vocals; Timka as songwriter, arranger, and co-producer;Julian and Juan on back-up vocals; and all four members as dancers. UNYTED`s predominant target market will be young girls between the ages of 13 to 25, and due to the mixed ethnic composition of the group, will appeal to a broad spectrum of nationalities.Although the songs and Lyrics on the original UNYTED demos will be the same, the production style and sound of the songs will be different than what is currently heard on the demo, due to the different biases of the producers used in the production of UNYTEDs songs. The re-produced versions of some of UNYTEDþfs current songs, in particular their Debut Single þgUnyted We Standþh will have a more Latin flavor than it currently posses. In addition to the songs already produced, UNYTED has 20 more songs in sheet format, which are ready to be produced with the intention of including them in their debutalbum. Furthermore, UNYTED would be open to using outside songs written by Record Label, or production companiesþf song writers so long as they compliment the flavor already outlined by the group.
