    Artist description
PSB has worked on a creation of a new genre based on Classical and New Age influences. "Nouvelle Classique" is a new record of a very contemplative, relaxing, stimulating, and interesting music written in a unique style. The style of each composition reflects the juxtaposition of Classical and New Age elements. The structure of the pieces reminds the Classical forms while the melodies and harmonies are typical for the New Age style. What makes this record interesting is the use of very beautiful thematic ideas (main themes - melodies) based on Slavic and Western European influences and sonorities. The use of synthesized sounds enhances the overall mood and depth of the musical material by implementing very interesting sound effects, which gives the impression of music written from a distant land but very close to the listener's heart. The depth and simplicity are entwined in a one unique dance. Every composition has its own meaning and is deeply rooted in particular aspects of human emotions. It is possible to describe this music as "concept music". The "concept music" can address such issues as concept of time ("Time" - heartbeat, the essence of time), universe ("Stars"), love ("Film's Love Theme"), faith ("A Prayer To God"), etc. Any composition from this record can function as a base for a soundtrack recording. The nature and character of this music can perfectly be suitable for the needs of the film industry. The programmatic character of each composition stimulates listener's imagination and emotions. The "Nouvelle Classique" is a music that can reach the depth of soul of any listener. It is a music that takes a listener away from every day struggles and challenges, and allows him/her to relax and be close to his/her deepest feelings and emotions.

Currently, PSB concentrates on composing music written in the "Nouvelle Classique" style. Both, acoustic piano and synthesizers are used as performing instruments. The creation of "Nouvelle Classique" style was inspired by a combination of many influences of prominent contemporary composers/performers such as George Winston, Jonn Serrie, Vangelis, and Jean Michel Jarre. The long term goal of PSB is to compose music for the film industry and large productions of "Nouvelle Classique".
