Artist History Raised in New Zealand and Australia, then moving to Toronto, Canada in his late teens Haly has been writing and performing for over 15 years. He has established himself as a respected artist in the music industry winning various awards including, FACTOR (Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Record). Haly has released two previous albums, "The Time Being" and "Entitled Simply Matthew Haly" (RDR Records), which gained his singles ("Rain", "Bedlam" & "Living In the Sky") extensive radio play on such stations as CIUT, CFNY and Q107, leading college and rock stations in Toronto. He has appeared on both Much Music and the Juno Awards --Canada's equivalent to MTV and the Grammy Awards, respectively. In the course of his career, Haly has worked and performed with members of The Jeff Healey Band, The Tom Cohchran Band and Amanda Marshall.
