    Artist description
If you hate the generic pop that radio constantly force-feeds us, you'll probably love Earth to God. We're melodic, ballsy, shag-adelic rock with a focus on lavish musical textures. Take the solid, tasteful drums of modern bands like Pearl Jam, add the funka-melodic bass playing of Led Zeppelin and The Who, mix in some heavy, intricate guitar work along the lines of Rush, enshroud it in the psychedelic, progressive keyboards of Pink Floyd and Yes, and then top it off with the powerful vocalizations of Boston and The Black Crowes, and you've pretty much got the formula for the Earth to God sound. Put it all in the format of a well-written, thoughtful tune with insightful lyrics, and the product is a song such as "Girlfriend in a Box". Give Earth to God a listen: You will NOT be dissapointed.
