Artist History Bassist Tone Powell and drummer Tom Seagel had been jamming for about a year and then vocalist Jim Bartholomew and guitarist Aaron Shave joined and formed Stem. Stem was actually a meeting of members from different bands, with Tom being in a band called Solz In Common and Tone being in a band called Enemy and Aaron from A-Frame.
