Artist History The two met in 1975 working for the Highway Patrol.Grossy began to gain weight and could no longer function in the ways of a normal, thin, cop. Harlan simply couldn't take the everyday pressure put on him by his superiors;so, they quit, leaving behind not only stacks and stacks of unfinished business, but sore, bitter enemies.They left and moved to more tropical surroundings, taking in the ways of the native people, removing the formal ways and means they were used to, and replacing them with leopard skin pants and torn up Bon Jovi tee shirts.
