Artist History Formed (partially) in late 1999.....The latest band line-up, formed in Fall 2001, is preparing to launch 1 King Train into new realms with the most explosive sound yet......this band may just be one of the next big bands to hit mainstream radio in the coming months......!

Group Members Shawn Waddle - Lead Vocals and Guitars, Leo "Freakdaddy" Brown - Bass Guitar and BGV's, Cam Wilson - Lead Guitars and BGV's, Joey Weikel - Drums and BGV's, (Rick May - drummer on New Shiny Radio, Shaun Laird - bassist on New Shiny Radio)

Instruments The main vibe originates from the acoustic guitar and unique melodic vocals but it goes way farther than that. Some say this is the foundation of most good songs and I tend to agree. The guitar parts are usually an open tuning and Shawn uses a capo on just about everything. Next we layer in unique bgv's, jammin' drums with a modern rock groove complimented with a pretty straight forward bass line, and set off with cool, melodic but subtle electric guitar hooks. The four piece rock outfit works for so many including us.
