Artist History
The roots of the band were planted at a lawn bowling tournament at which BJ overheard Sam espousing plans to form a bouzouki and glockenspiel choir.Of course, BJ had to enlist, and though that idea fell through, they decided to form a rock band which was known by various names including The Golf Course Pimps, Landmime, and finally Ersatz Glow. The integral piece of the puzzle was found when one day they found a wino behind a dumpster beating on trash cans with a pair of beer bottles. Finding that he possessed two essential qualities: 1)he had rhythm, and 2)he could still play while hopelessly intoxicated, they knew they had found a drummer. |
