Music Style SOME SMOOTH/SOME HYPE

Artist History I grew up loving music, sinking into the soulful sounds of Anita Baker, church choirs and high energy Hip Hop...subsequently forming my two musical sides. I got my first taste of transforming from fan to artist in my freshman year of high school. From there I developed an instant love for the stage and have been performing eversince. I love rocking the college scene...Michigan State University, University of Michigan, Oakland University, Wayne State University, and Albany State University so far. The Detroit local club scene is live too...Cafe Mahogany, Millenium A.D., Cafe Aroma, Wired Frog and Club Cierra. During my short independent Hop Hop career, I've already rocked with big name acts like Slick Rick, Goodie Mob and The Roots. I been featured on the web over at www.88hiphop.com on the show Queendom (yall still can check me out in the archives, March 20th), I got a little article on www.shugarhill.com (regular feature's section), listen to me on www.live365.com on the Hott Jointz show, and I was also in the Hip Hop newsletter (distributed to like 17,000 peeps via email).
