Artist History Slavia has existed since early '98, starting as a project between Ausslavia, Daniel and Trond. The project persued a straight up metal sound, and recruited a bass-player which soon left the band when it evolved to the insanity it is today. He understood that he didn't approve the "ideology" which the band headed against, and took his gown and left. Ausslavia recognized his duties, picked up the bass and we were still in action. Playing with this lineup for about 2 years, Ausslavia asked a friend, Grym to join the band to strengthen the sound with another hellish chainsaw guitar. Grym accepted and joined Legion Slavia. Some gigs later, a crappy self-recorded 4-track demo, participation on Ledo Takas Zine's (LIT) 2000 ,and Oskorei Magazine's compilation CD(s)2001 and Edgerunner Records compilation "Over the Edge" 2002 ,we decided it was time to put some of our money into a real studio, and went on with recording a 5-track demo entitled "Gloria in Excelsis Sathan ". (DK028) This cult terror-demo was released on the French underground terrorsatanic label DRAKKAR PRODUCTIONS, September 2001. DRAKKAR PRODUCTIONS will very soon release a skullfucking 7" EP, entitled "Norwegian Black Terror Assault" ! Watch out! This is just the beginning... NB! We're sorry to say that Grym (HAIL!), has left the band due to his education in Bergen, Norway. Daniel & Trond left too after the 7" recordings.
