When Travis Tritt said “put some drive in your country fella’s”, these guy’s took it to heart and incorporated one of the strongest driving country groups around. These appealing guys put together a sound and stage show that rides the edge of country music. The ingredients to this Atlanta based power act include the signature voice of Austin Wade; The steady rhythm guitar work and backing vocals of Randy Barrett; The aesthetic lead guitar work and high tenor vocals of Michael Phillip Jones; The rock solid five string bass work and backing vocals of Darrell Bush; The colorful keyboards of Warren Ward; And the power drumming of Cain Foster. All six members come from various musical backgrounds and influences ranging from rock, southern rock, pop, jazz, modern country, and classic country. As a result, their music is collaborated with artistic hooks, harmonies, and lyrics that market to people of all ages and musical preferences. Although Santa Fe does perform many cover songs for club performances, they fancy to showcase their dynamic original material.The 3-year young unsigned recording artist is not a stranger to the “Big Stage” as they have performed with names such as Razzy Bailey, David Ball, Chad Brock, and Sawyer Brown. Santa Fe has released a 4 song EP/CD titled “Home” which is the title track. This EP is just something they wanted to release quickly to hold their fans over until they record a full-length CD, which they are presently working on. The songs are currently receiving some airplay on The Kimmer Show / WGST 105.7 FM & 640 AM in Atlanta, and R.W. In The Mornings / WYAI 105.5 in Carrolton. In addition, they have been featured on the Eddie Bear Country Music Show on Radio ETC (www.radioetc.com). Because of strong CD sales and growing fan loyalty, there is no doubt that someday Santa Fe can be a major player in the country music industry creating hits and entertaining thousands. There are many bands that play country music and sound like other artists, but none come to mind that sound or perform like Santa Fe.
