Artist description
Low-budget bedroom experimental soundwright, participant in the Japanese Internet music project 'Wiggle' (http://www.unsound.com/Wiggle/). |
|
Music Style
I write full-spectrum electronica: Each track represents an experiment of style - some are more successful than others. I keep returning to found sounds, dark ambient/isolationist drones, breakbeats with big dub sine basses and thumping dance tracks. |
|
Musical Influences
Scorn, Aphex Twin, Autechre, the old skool hardcore scene (now rechristened 'breakcore' apparently), The Orb, and many more. |
|
Similar Artists
Autechre, Matmos, Raison d'Être, Lustmord, Scorn/Lull, Aphex Twin, mu-Ziq. Read the song descriptions for more precision. |

Artist History
Early childhood: sustain pedal pressed firmly down on the piano and going BOUM BOUM on the low keys that had no discernible note. Later childhood and earlier adolescence: making computers make computer noises. Later adolescence and early adulthood: giving computers noises and playing with them to make new noises (for which he is occasionally paid money and given smiles); still likes to hold down the sustain pedal and bang those low notes though, for fun. |
