Musical Influences bob dylan, walt whitman, dave van ronk, jack kerouac

Artist History influenced by spontaneous free-form writing of the "beats", especially jack, ferlinghetti, and their predicessorwalt whitman - although not necessarily as jazz poems,but rather rambling elongated run-on wanderings --as truman capote once described kerouac etc in a personalmeeting/interview poolside at the red oak inn in thunder bay in 1974. truman was not impressed with jack.
