Artist History In 1997, Jon Irvine and Jon Hill played rhythm section in a emo/punk band called Perastroika. Surrounded began as a partnership in the summer of 1998. We played some really fun shows at the Cornwall Regional Art Gallery with B'ehl, the Weakerthans, and the Bonaduces. We also played a great show in Kingston with Kepler, Prisons Come Home, Buried Inside and Luca Brasi.
