Artist History
We all started playing guitar in our early teens.It didn't take long until we all became friends in a highschool gym class.(Torrey Pines HS) For a birthday present some of our parents bought us some recording time. This was the birth of our first album, Bob. Bob means numerous things to us. We like words with many meanings. Bob stands for 100 things. I will tell you 3:Our good friend Bob Marley,Bob for apples, & all of the answers are at the B.ack O.f B.ook. Dish our second attempt, with whatever money we had at the time helped us get to the next level. We recorded Dish in the studio while Blink-182 was rehearsing next store. We very much so looked up to Blink at the time, still do...and they were really cool to us and gave us some nice compliments. Later down the road after many shows in the San Diego Area, we had a large portion of equiptment ripped off from us including four guitars, a bass, pedals...etc.. We were devastated. We didn't have enough equiptment now to pull off a show. Well good news turned our band around. Dave Weiderman, one of the guitar center executives had heard our latest demo and was looking for up and coming bands to showcase his new products. Amazingly, our band found ourselves back in the hands of two new fender guitars and a spanking new fender bass. These new guitars brought us shows @ the Roxy which brought air play on 91X & K-ROQ Our new single "LAME" was on the map. The drama continues... |
