Artist description Igor Tiouvaev (Tjuvajev) is performing and reseaching an Early music during a many years. From 1986 he was organized and directed some early music projects, such as ensembles "Festa Musicale", "Iberia Consort", "Djembe", "Markell's Voices" choir. At 1987-1993 he's the conductor of the Georgian State Choral Chapel. Along this years Igor Tiouvaev discovering for public an uncommon spiritual, secular and folk music masterpieces of the bygone centuries. Russian, Georgian and Byzantine church music, European Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque music, Latin American and Arabian East folk music, and many other -- that is a wide range of the musician's interests. Besides, Igor Tiouvaev has a magnificent mastery of authentical solo vocal performance of a many world music styles.
