Artist History
Started the 'project' mid-1999 for fun with simple music packages producing high-tempo uplifting electronica of no real genre. My confidence grew after a string of good reviews and i gradually developed my current style. Retaining the uplifting feel of my early work but now more orientated to the dance scene after falling in love with it. Now producing a range of house music but concentrating on the harder side of it, I'll hopefully be moving onto more serious music soft/hardware in the near future. |

Press Reviews
MP3 magazine UK, #1-May 2000. 'Jump around' by Wookie -Trashy, throwaway house music of very limited artistic merit - and all the better for it. A curious mixture of off-kilter organs, ferocious breakbeats, old-skool rave pianos, female vocals and NY-style drag diva talkover make this a hotch-potch of a tune that somehow, miraculously works. If you can listen to thiswithout smiling, you are in fact clinically dead. Jump around, go girl! 3/5. An interview follows in issue 2. Also featured on the cover CD of eJay magazine, July 2k and Revolution magazine, September 2k |
