Artist History
Wallaceburg thrash pioneers M.A.D.(Fringe Records) became The Mad in 1994 with the release of "Songs For The Ugly" on Toronto's Epidemic Records. A short 6 week US/Canadian tour followed. The Mad supported shows for Bad Brains, SNFU, DRI, VoiVod, Alice Donut, and Bad Religion. A 7" single, "Albino", featuring the title track and "...and the Apes Got Creepy" was the final release by the band in early 1994. The band played their final show (w/ The Dayglo Abortions) in Ottawa in the summer of that year. |
