Artist History
The Flloyd Family has been playing together since Antedeluvian times. Due to side affects from Anti-Gravity, Time Field and other related Classified testing to which the Flloyd brothers were involuntarily subjected to in their youth, temporal measurements of "lifespan" and "history" are meaningless. In the spring of 1947 Hank and his brothers entered into a performance contract with Air Force which lasted several years and took the band on a global tour of officer's clubs and secret military installations of the utmost security. The Swerving Headlights fast became a favorite of Air Force and Pentagon Brass and enjoyed an open climate in which to make their music. Those conditions changed drastically when the band's plans to record and return to public life became known to those organizations."Interstellar Cattledrive" is the first fully declassified and publicly released recordings of the band Hank Flloyd and the Swerving Headlights. These and other recordings were held hostage in a political and bureaucratic web that ran through the ranks of the Air Force, the Pentagon, and on up the top secret food chain. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the Flloyd Brothers, the Flloyd Family Archival Foundation, and the offices of the late Senators Barry Goldwater(AZ), Steve Schiff(AZ), and Frank Church(ID), this album is now available for purchase, examination, and entertainment purposes. Hank has extended his "Running from the Man" Asian Tour into 2002!!
