Artist History After extensive touring in Europe with Friends Of Jack, formed from the rhythm section of Adam & the Ants, Earl Davis came to New York. It was there that the Earl Davis Band took shape. The band played to very enthusiastic response. The need for a CD came from great demand from the audience, so out of that demand He Said was recorded.
