Artist History
Aeonian is a vehicle for free-improvisatory ambient music. With the 1999 release of "Freedom", Aeonian has blossomed into a highly sensual medium for sonic and instrumental experimentation. A new EP, "Transmission," has just been released in January 2002 that takes Aeonian's electro-acoustic improvisation to new heights.. |

Press Reviews
"Free flowing, meditative, seductive, chaotic, pulsating, driving, breathing, organic and full of life, this album has a precision and passion and a drive to it seldom found in ambient music. The style is unique, the sound is breathtaking, and the melodies are enchanting. String pads lull you into a peaceful contemplation of what's to come, driven by various types of hand percussion while piano and guitar interweave melodies that cascade effortlessly throughout the compositions, which rise and fall like the ocean waves, always swelling and receding like a living entity. This music is simply stunning, and simply must be heard to be appreciated." --- Andrew Miller, Noisehole Records (USA |
