Artist description
The Yukon and You play poppy indie rock flavored with brit-pop. In other words, we're equally in love with The Smiths and Doug Martsch. Also, we have a crazy drummer.

Artist History
Starting in 1995 as a recording project in Boise, Idaho, The Yukon and You formed as a live unit to play the Fort Hazel Magic Showcase. From 1997-1998 they played around Boise, opening for such bands as Built To Spill and Tsunami. After Sarin, the bass player, left, the remaining band members never got it back together, and the world lost another great pop band. However, they have left behind in their sad wake a casette (Tireder) and a Split CD with Pajama Party in a Haunted Hive, another Boise Band. Both Tireder and the Split CD are available on Coming In Second records.
