Artist History The Megatones came to be in 1997, formed by neighborhood school chums. By mid 1999, The Megatones had over 100 public performances under their belt (Paramount Studios, Irvine Spectrum, The Block, etc.) and had a full album's worth of originals. Three of their originals, Change, Hawaii Dreamin, and Jake, have held No.1 spots on the Internet.
