Artist History Andrew Bailey started a rock/folk group with his friend Matt Feinstein. Never to hot at the guitar, Andrew switched over to computer and began writing instrumentals. Discovering that he could add vocals, he did... and they sucked. But try and try again, Painted Blue was born and now has one album. (update: Andrew Bailey is back in a band with Matt Feinstein and their friends Marc Davenport and Ben DeRolph. Look for a link to their mp3.com site soon.)
