Artist History Formed in 1998 in the small town of Oakley California from a group of musicians who had been in and out of bands together for years. When they finally got their shit together their drummer decided that he wanted to be a "business man" and quit 2 weeks before this was recorded. Incision enlisted the help of their friend, D.W.B's John Riggs. This is where they stand now.
