Artist History
Simplicity founder, DeRoyce Sharp, started the band with Joe Lopez while attending college and with Chad Van Oss (lyricist), a friend from his high school days. The guys knew of an amazing drummer,Daniel Garlow, who was the drum captain at DeRoyce and Chad's high school. The band went on to record a demo and had only one gig. Soon after, Lopez left the band to pursue a career in musical theatre. When Deanna Sharp (DeRoyce's sister) left her band, DeRoyce jumped at the chance to bring his sister into the mix. Simplicity has just released their debut album "Where Thoughts and Dreams Collide". |
