Keep the FAITH! ------------------------------------------------------------------------Bio ------------------------------------------------------------------------Born on the shores of the Great Lake Michigan in that charming town of Milwaukee, it was no wonder that Sharon Rose was destined to become a child accordian player, and quite an accomplished one at that. She yearned to play the piano as she grew weary of "The Lady of Spain" and the "Beer Barrel Polka". After many hours of practicing on a cardboard keyboard received at school, her parents surprised her with a real piano. At last she could play what her heart desired: Rock 'n' Roll and music with passion and soul. And best of all, she could sing, too. ------------------------------------------------------------------------She moved to San Francisco where the beautiful Bay lured her into the adventures of sailing, and the Sierras turned her into a serious skier. Her love of the Arts led her to pursue painting until every wall in her house, as well as her friends' and neighbors' houses, was filled to capacity. ------------------------------------------------------------------------It didn't take long before she discovered her talent in the theater. She made her debut as the Woman in a Yellow Dress in "The Woman in a Yellow Dress" at the Museum of Modern Art. After a pasta commercial, a Kung Fu movie, and a T.V. pilot as Adam West's co-star, she tested the waters in comedy. She immediately felt the rewards and magic in making people laugh. Following her dream, she made the move to Los Angeles. ------------------------------------------------------------------------Now, her greatest love, music, has become the brightest light on her path. There is a compelling force leading her to touch people's lives through singing. Whether it be Pop, Rock, or the Blues, or songs about Love and Hope, she inspires people. It comes from her heart.
