Artist History
Injettison's journey began in
1999 with Adam (guitar), Bev (drums) and Mike (bass) writing
songs and rehearsing in between well-attended gigs at the local
Maroubra Junction Hotel. Increasing their scope with gigs at The
Annandale, Lansdowne and Bat & Ball Hotels, Injettison began to
form a diverse and dedicated following.
The band began recording their demo
L.P. Non-Aversion in November 1999.
Non-Aversion's release in mid 2000
coincided with Derek (guitar) joining,
and the new line-up honed and refined
Injettison's innovative style.

Press Reviews
"...Injettison were the first to stab the crowd
with an injection where rawness, occasional
serenity, melody and gutsy vitality unite. The
drummer played as if he had a rocket permanently
fixed up his arse, with a vigorous pulse emanating
cultural, jungle rhythms and straight ahead rock.
Considering my footwork and hip action was in time
with the music, I took a real liking to this young
spritely act. Judging by the audience’s appreciation,
their ear-splitting, boisterous approval reflected
mine.” Domenica Acitelli Revolver 29/01/01
