Artist History bWhere is an enthousiastic band that started in 1992 in the student pop scene in Enschede in the Netherlands. After their studies the members spread over the country, but the band kept existing. Since 1994 they rehearse weekly at dB's in Utrecht.In February 1998 the band started recording their debut CD. The resultis the fine CD "Toygo" that was presented to the public on February 19th, 1999.
