Artist description TNK is a 25 years old single artist whose real name is Philippe Meisburger. He lives in a very lovely village called Village-Neuf that is very close to Basel (Switzerland) and Mulhouse (France). TNK does ambient / synth and dance / trance stuff with his own computer and tracking softwares. He discovered tracking in 1991 but his music became interesting only in 1997 when he switched to Fasttracker 2 (this software and some samples he got this year allowed him to create all the melodies and rythms that came into his mind). Nowadays TNK will focus more on his new dance/trance project that he hopes to get signed by a label some day, but will still continue releasing ambient / dream / synth tracks.TNK is graduated from a famous french film school and of course wishes to direct or edit some day...so if you are a screenwriter or a producer, or if you want him to shoot your videoclip, leave him a message...he would love to do it !TNK's favorite tracks are "Dreaming of Corinne's eyes", "Discovering Paradise", "Paradise bird" and "A song for Corinne"...he wishes you a good listening

Music Style I have 2 main musical styles : 1) Ambiant/Atmospheric/New-age/Dream music, a mix up of the styles of artists like Vangelis, Jarre, Enya or so. 2) Dance/techno/trance : from euro dance to more trancy music. Many influences in here, in fact anything I can hear at the radio or in the clubs. However, I mostly define my music as melodic. I always try to create addictive and nice melodies that get into your head at the first listening.

Instruments My PC + Impulse tracker / Fasttracker II. Note that even if this may seem to be a quite little equipement, it produces professional quality music (just check my releases here!) and it has a very nice feature for the potential record labels that may sign me up : I can produce myself in my own studio my own disks, so you won't have to pay expensive studios for me :-)
