Artist History Torque (aka Shane Luitjens) is a 25yo spoken word artist whose work has appeared in print publications throughout the country - and has performed throughout the country as well - as part of Seattle's National Slam Team (1997) and as a solo performer. Author of two books and one online literary experience (www.torquere.com/bachelorette), Torque also design directs a number of other projects and publications - as well as teaches throughout the NW.
