Artist description
Welcome to Ancient Greece. A place of quests and adventures, of gods and heroes- and a sandal salesmen called Jason. A rather dopey sandal-salesman who'd like to be a hero- you know, like Orpheus, Iphiclus or Hercules. Well, one day. Jason? You mean, like Jason and the Argonauts? Kind of. But in this version, Jason meets the wanderer Ulysses (still trying to find a home port after rather foolishly cursing the gods). And in this version, Jason gets the fleece, marries the girl AND lives happily ever after. And why not- it IS a musical! |
