Artist History
Strider began in 1992 when bassist Rob Barwick and guitarist George Dussault, both former members of "The Chosen Few" regrouped as a power trio along with drummer Anthony Carrocio. They toured the east coast for three years and released one CD, "Same Old Road," whose belated critical success came after the group split! By popular demand, George ressurected the Strider name, now doing all the instruments and vocals himself, while continuing to be involved in many diverse projects, as well as producing and engineering other artists such as Clokworx, Damaged Goods, Antoinette Ferrara, Joe Parillo and many others at Galilee Productions recording studio. In the fall of 1999, Rob and George once again joined forces to form Spiney Norman with percussionist Rick Morin. George has also played guitar for several theater productions, has written and recorded scores for television and film, and has just released two tracks on a worldwide CD release, with co-writer Morin. |
