Artist History Michael Furey was formed by three men that share a common passion to build a better future for rock and roll. The band was formed in late 1998 by Wavley and Ryan Michael from the ashes of their old band, adding Ryan's brother Shawn in as the bass player.They practiced for a few months and began to play bars, honing the beer fueled machine to evolve into a jazz based progressive rock band that is liked by few and hated by many.
