Artist description
VIA creates Rock-injected Pop flairs, melding progressive influences and intelligent vocals with solid rhythms and strong bass lines. While the genre of the music is hard to pin down, the message is quite clear. |

Couldn't tell ya. Somebody once mentioned Better Than Ezra and The Steve Miller Band. Other than that it's original, yet familiar. |

Artist History
VIA formed in 1995 and produced the CD "Elevator" in early 1996. After the departure of the infamous Philip Owens on bass later that year, VIA took a short nap until early 1997 when Glenn Watts took on the bass responsibilities. A collection of songs was burned to CD and titled "Under. No Over" in 1998. Continually writing and looking for opportunities to do what we do, the band started work on it's next creation, the self-titled, "VIA". Attempting to deal with the flow of new songs and an inexpensive way to record we began pre-production recordings for the forth installment in the VIA catalog. Released in January 2002, "IV" is the bands newest (and best) recording to date. |
